Bret Sigillo, President & Founder
Sigillo, an entrepreneur for the past ten years, started in the villa rental business in 1999. He has been an integral part of two successful IPO's, most recently with Predictive Systems in 1999, and previously with Raptor Systems in 1996. Throughout his career he has held various leadership positions in sales, business development, marketing, and product management. He has brought seven product and service lines to market and grew Predictive's divisional services revenue to $14M annually. Prior to that he started a consulting business that developed Internet transaction systems and online catalogs. He personally advised companies such as Philip's Van Heusen and Audiovox on their online strategies. Prior to that he spent ten years building computer networks and Internet security systems at a Fortune 100 company.

Nelson Couvertier, Founder
An expert in quality control and customer satisfaction, Couvertier brings twenty years of large-scale operations experience from Wall Street where he has held a number of senior management positions. His diverse responsibilities range from business process re-engineering to design of the firms IT quality control systems. His experience in developing methods for standardization, scalability, and measurement is the basis of Saand's proprietary quality and customer satisfaction programs.

Judy McGinty, Director, Board of Directors
Judy acquired Bahamas Home Rentals in 1997. Known as a leader and a pioneer in the field of villa rental services, BHR is the largest provider of villa rental services throughout the islands of The Bahamas. Judy is responsible for all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, and client services.
