Success is based on making both parties extremely satisfied with the level of care and attention that we give. Saand.com began renting villas as SeaDreams Ltd. in 1999. After determining that the market was craving a better way to do business the firms principal founders, Bret Sigillo and Nelson Couvertier set out to make the process of finding and booking a private villa as easy and reliable as booking a hotel room. Having spent a combined 40 years adapting technology to drive business Saand.com was launched in November 2003 and comes to market in October of 2004.
