The living room’s high ceiling and sliding doors open onto a private porch overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, private balcony, master bathroom, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a bunk bed; full bed below and a twin above. The third bedroom is on the lower floor and has a full bed. A sleeper sofa in the living room can sleep an additional two guests for a maximum occupancy of nine.
This condo offers conveniences such as central air conditioning, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, stereo system with CD player, DVD, and a safe box.
The community offers a private pool, Jacuzzi, and barbecue which are located in a garden setting overlooking the beautiful mountains of Costa Rica. The pool may be used 24 hours. The community maintains a “quiet hours” policy from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
