The home is located in a private gated community. It has three air conditioned bedrooms and a large living room sprinkled with local Mexican touches and furnishings. There is an open porch across the front of the villa with a view of the ocean, and a screened porch on the side. The patio at the rear overlooks a freshwater pool, where a charming spiral staircase leads to a very private sundeck with ocean views. At poolside is a gas-fired barbeque.
