Upon entering its high arching doorway your attention will be drawn to the imported Brazilian marble floors with their deep chocolate colors and interesting symmetric patterns. Zebra skin rugs add elegant contrast to the floor as you marvel in the designer tastes and custom touches throughout. Gaze through the extended living area to the entertainment rooms where you will enjoy the full bar, pool table, and grand piano. The 78" Plasma TV and Dolby sound system are sure to be a hit for relaxing in the evenings.

Extended and completed in 2005, the residence is built in traditional Caribbean-colonial architecture and is surrounded by a carefully planned two acre tropical garden. The kitchen rivals those found in the finest restaurants and the staff will prepare sumptuous delicacies that whet the palette and excite the senses. Enjoy meals in the covered outdoor pavilion among palm, coconut, banana, mango, papaya, orange, lime and Poinciana trees where there is a neat outdoor BBQ area near the tennis courts. The residence offers a spectacular pool terrace area with open-air dining, teak deck chairs and commanding views of the sea.

For exercise there is a large outdoor pool and a professional tennis court with flood lighting for night play along with an indoor gym.

The evening entertainment areas are huge and airy with large columns separating each area; from the sitting room to the entertainment area to the play room with its Yamaha grand-piano, mahogany bar and pool table. Each of these rooms is open and adjoins the other, and the doors leading to these rooms can be opened to give a feeling of being outdoors while inside.

The experienced staff includes chef, butler, maid, laundress, driver and gardeners.
