The house is in the same property as another 2 bedroom house -Sonidos del Mar-. The owners (a couple) live at Sonidos del Mar from December through April. The rest of the year (May-November) both houses can be rented together for a group needing 4 bedrooms. In any case, the property would be rented to ONLY one party at a time.
